We are faced with so many questions and very little knowledge about where to go for answers.  Do I move again to a smaller, more manageable home or do I modify my existing home to prepare for any health contingencies that may arise?  If I move, what types of appropriate residential options do I have? If I remain in my home as long as possible what modifications should be done for safety? When is the best time to plan for a market analysis of my home?  What should I do to prepare my home to be sold to maximize the asking price? Can I physically tackle the demands of such a move? Can I count on family or friends to help? Can I afford to hire help? What do I do with all the “stuff” I no longer need?  Will I be able to handle the emotional turmoil of such an overwhelming undertaking?

You won’t want to miss it! Bring a friend and have lunch on us. Doors open at 9:30 a.m. Seminar begins at 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Luncheon, Trade Show and Entertainment immediately following from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Anthony Coleman, CSA

CarePatrol of North Central Ohio

Anthony is focused on serving seniors and their families during a time when many  emotional and practical issues must be considered. He listens carefully to all of his client’s needs, concerns and preferences before recommending appropriate levels of care such as; Independent Living, Assisted Senior Housing, Memory Care or In-Home Care.

Anthony went through the same daunting experience recently when he helped find care for a family member in Dayton.  This experience gave him the passion that he has today to help families.

He has lived in Northern Ohio all of his life and loves calling it home because of his family and the people that live there. Anthony would describe himself as Passionate, Hardworking and Diligent.

Dee Mele is Owner of Home Again Transitions and has been a NASMM member since 2013.  I am certified in Senior Move Management and hold certificates in Packing Specialist and Hoarding services and specialize in working with clients with dementia.  I offer a multifaceted approach to the move process from space planning in the beginning to post-move support and advocacy.  We take the worry and work out of older adult moves. Through my natural organizational abilities and management experience as well as my enjoyment of visiting with older adults, starting a Senior Move Management business just seemed like the perfect fit.  I love helping to transform the lives of older adults, enabling them to adjust to their changing needs with much less stress and worry.
